WALKERS/RUNNERS:
Individuals of all ages and disabilities are welcome to participate. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

ABOUT HELEN KELLER SERVICES’ HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAM:
The Health & Wellness Program benefits individuals ages 18 and older who are blind, have low vision, DeafBlind, and/or have intellectual disabilities. This important and popular program among HKS consumers provides accessible physical health activities and mental health initiatives, both in-person and virtually, in the Brooklyn, Hempstead, Islandia, and Sands Point, NY locations.
The program includes but is not limited to dance movement therapy, yoga and/or Pilates instruction, nutrition education, creative arts therapy, gardening activities, aromatherapy, and workshops on various topics related to health and wellness, including a quarterly mental health and self-advocacy component.
With your support and sponsorship, HKS will continue to offer a wide variety of innovative programs and services to the people we serve who urgently need us.
Helen Keller Services (HKS), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, offers programs and services through two divisions: Helen Keller National Center for Deaf/Blind Youths and Adults (HKNC) and Helen Keller Services for the Blind (HKSB). With your support and sponsorship, HKS will continue to offer a rich variety of innovative programs and services for people who are blind, have low vision or DeafBlind as they seek to attain their own definition of success and independence.
