HKNC’s programs offer Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), established through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Choose between a 6-week Summer Youth Vocational Program (SYVP), our 2-week M~Power (My Pursuit of Work, Empowerment and Resources) program, or a summer assessment that will support you in your final years of High School or your transition to higher education or employment.
