The Helen Keller Services for the Blind TEAM Program offers a unique blend of advanced computer skills and customer service training, tailored to meet the demands of the modern workplace. By providing resources, guidance, and support, TEAM creates an environment where participants empower themselves with the confidence and skills to successfully navigate a variety of roles in today’s job market.

What is TEAM?

TEAM is an intensive program designed for job seekers who want to enhance their computer skills and customer service abilities. Our goal is to prepare you for employment by combining computer-based applications with real-life, job-related tasks. Program Structure

The TEAM. program consists of six modules spread over approximately 30 weeks. Classes are held remotely via Zoom, twice a week for 10 hours each week. This includes 6 hours of class instruction and 4 hours of lab time. To ensure personalized attention, class size is limited to six participants.
