It is important to note that this sign may be signed differently depending on how it is being used. It is indicating how a person interacts with a piece of technology. If one is interacting with a touch screen the sign for “interact” may be signed with left hand in front of chest, in ‘Flat B’ handshape, palm facing in and slightly upward, fingers facing up and the right hand in “1” handshape, palm facing down. The index finger of the right hand will swipe from the thumb of the left hand to the base of the little finger as if swiping the screen on a tablet.
