Direct Access to the Blind, DeafBlind, and Low Vision Community: Helen Keller Services has supported the blind, DeafBlind, and low vision community for over a century. Tech Blitz is an annual event where technology companies can directly engage blind, DeafBlind, and low vision individuals in one place. The event is held at Helen Keller National Center, which runs the only comprehensive vocational rehabilitation program exclusively serving the DeafBlind community in the United States.

Hands-On Demos with Real Users: Bring your products to a room full of people who use assistive technology every day, and hear directly what works, what doesn’t, and what they wish existed. Past vendors have used insights from Tech Blitz to redesign interfaces, identify missing features, and improve documentation.

Professional Network Concentration: Connect in one day with rehabilitation specialists, educators, and accessibility coordinators who influence purchasing decisions for schools, agencies, and employers.

Full Accessibility Support: ASL interpreters, tactile interpreters, and accessibility specialists ensure meaningful dialogue between developers and users throughout the event.
