Offering activities to enhance physical and mental wellbeing

The Health and Wellness Program provides individualized and group dance movement therapy, yoga and/or pilates instruction, nutrition education, creative arts therapy, gardening and workshops on various topics related to health and wellness to New York State residents who are blind, DeafBlind, and/or have intellectual disabilities.
