The Health and Wellness Program provides individualized and group dance movement therapy, yoga and/or pilates instruction, nutrition education, creative arts therapy, gardening and workshops on various topics related to health and wellness to New York State residents who are blind, DeafBlind, and/or have intellectual disabilities.
Being blind or DeafBlind presents unique challenges and opportunities when it comes to mental and physical wellness. The HKSB Health and Wellness Program is designed to promote whole body and mind wellbeing.
