HKNC’s Intensive Technical Assistance (TA) supports agencies and professionals nationwide who serve DeafBlind individuals by building lasting knowledge, skills, and systems. Rather than focusing on one-time trainings, Intensive TA is designed to foster meaningful, sustainable change through ongoing partnership with agencies. Using a collaborative and customized approach, HKNC helps teams strengthen internal capacity, improve service delivery, and better meet the needs of DeafBlind individuals.
Incredible training that got the gears turning on how I can better support not only my DeafBlind consumers, but my Deaf and Latinx consumers as well! I always appreciate learning other world views and perspectives. The hands-on scenarios were GREAT. Good insight for what our consumers may be experiencing.

The layout of this course was the perfect amount of text, video and length. It offered a lot of basic information and a great way to introduce oneself to the DeafBlind community.
