Haptic Communication

Due to COVID-19, HKNC headquarters building is closed. At this time, we are offering  the Haptics Communication books in digital format via Amazon Kindle and iTunes iBooks only. We are unfortunately unable to ship hard copies of the Haptics Communication books at this time. Please check back for updates as we will again offer hard copies of the book when we re-open.

We are proud to announce the recent publication of Haptic Communication, the American edition of Haptisk Kommunikasjon by Hildebjorg Bjorge, Kathrine Goborg Rehder and Magni Øveras. Available in both hard copy and electronic formats, the book describes the basic techniques and applications of Haptic Communication for various audiences including receivers and an array of extended networks that support individuals who are deaf-blind (e.g., family, friends, professionals, co-workers and interpreters).
