We have two distinguished honorees this year. Our first honoree is Helen Keller Services for the Blind’s (HKSB) President, Fred W. McPhilliamy, who is retiring after 30 years of service. Mr. McPhilliamy has served as President and Chairman of the Board, maintaining and strengthening the mission of HKSB within the community as a pioneer in the field of blindness rehabilitation. Our second honoree is community activist and former New York Met, Mookie Wilson.
