HKSB Friends Reception 2012
Dozens of supporters and advocates of Helen Keller Services for the Blind gathered this week at the Brooklyn Brewery for a holiday reception. In attendance were former Governor David Paterson, State Senator Marty Golden, Assembly Joe Lentol, Assemblyman Felix Ortiz and Marilyn Gelber of the Brooklyn Community Foundation. The Edward Smith Lions Club of Mineola sponsored the event and were on hand to present President Tom Edwards with a check for $2,000.
