Day Habilitation Program Holds Annual Picnic
September 14, 2010, New York — The Day Habilitation Program’s Annual Picnic took place at the end of August in Eisenhower Park in Nassau County. This year’s theme was Countries Around the World and everyone was split into four groups: Greece, Jamaica, Napa Valley (California) and Aruba. Not only did the consumers (and staff) dress like their country of choice — they also added wonderful food dishes to the general menu of hot dogs and hamburgers. A great time was had by all.
